BIWIN Was Approved to Set up Postdoctoral Innovation and Practice Base
Recently, Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security issued a notice on approving 74 companies to set up postdoctoral innovation and practice bases in 2022. By virtue of its industry-leading strength in scientific research and advanced innovative technology, BIWN has been successfully selected in the list. The approval means that BIWIN can recruit postdoctoral researchers independently or jointly with universities, research institutes and postdoctoral research stations. BIWIN welcomes talented postdoctoral researchers to work together with us for a promising future.
The innovation and practice base is set up to fully implement the Shenzhen Talent Program, to strengthen its function as a high-level talent pool, to speed up the development of the Greater Bay Area. This will help strengthen the scientific research capacity and talent team building in high-tech enterprises. Approved enterprises must has great strength in investment, scientific research capability, R&D organization and team to meet the stringent requirements.
BIWIN has set up four major R&D centers in Shenzhen, Chengdu, Huizhou, and Hangzhou. BIWIN is committed to its integration of R&D and packaging and testing, focusing on IC design, storage solutions, advanced packaging and testing, and testing equipment development. BIWIN will continue to enhance its competitive advantage to help our customers grow a successful business.
In addition to strengthening the full-stack technology capabilities in integrating the R&D, packaging and testing, BIWIN also made great efforts to the transformation of research and development results. BIWIN has undertake some research projects at municipal level including the “3D Packaging Advanced Technology Research Laboratory” and “Integrated Circuit SiP Packaging Technology Research and Development”, and was recognized as Guangdong Complex Memory Chip R&D, Packaging and Testing Engineering Technology Research Center in 2019.
The approval of Shenzhen postdoctoral innovation and practice base is of great significance for BIWIN to build its R&D team and strengthen its R&D capability to promote high-quality development.
