BIWIN BS321 SSD follows the SATA 6 Gbps interface specification and selects YMTC's third-generation TLC 3D NAND flash IC based on Xtacking® 2.0 technology. It is equipped with Changxin Memory DDR4 external cache, Maxio MAS0901, and BIWIN's self-developed firmware. The sequential read speed and writing speed can reach up to 550 MB/s and 470 MB/s respectively. Its capacity is up to 4 TB. The BS321 SSD supports "Firmware Algorithm and Tantalum Capacitor" dual power-loss protection, mainly for vehicle monitoring, video recording, PC, and industrial computers, edge computing, and more applications.
