BIWIN Enterprise PCIe SSDs Certified by PCI-SIG and UNH-IOL

Date:2025/03/18 Read:372

Recently, BIWIN’s SP406/416 series enterprise PCIe 4.0 SSDs have successfully passed both PCI-SIG and UNH-IOL testings, while the SP506/516 series enterprise PCIe 5.0 SSDs have completed UNH-IOL testing and received official certification. These achievements serve as solid validation of BIWIN enterprise-grade SSDs’ full compliance with PCIe and NVMe protocols in key parameters, demonstrating superior standards, technical maturity, and operational stability. This ensures enterprise clients can optimize storage deployment efficiency and enhance system reliability.

UNH-IOL Certification

The BIWIN SP406/416 series PCIe 4.0 SSDs and SP506/516 series PCIe 5.0 SSDs have successfully completed UNH-IOL interoperability and conformance testing. This validates their ability to operate seamlessly within NVMe 1.4 and NVMe 2.0 environments respectively, affirming their technical proficiency and regulatory compliance.

BIWIN enterprise SSDs have been officially included in the NVMe™ Integrator’s List.

PCI-SIG Certification

On top of that, the SP406/416 series PCIe 4.0 SSDs have also earned PCI-SIG certification. As the authoritative body responsible for defining and managing PCIe standards, PCI-SIG conducts rigorous interoperability and compliance evaluations, widely regarded as a benchmark for PCIe device compatibility and performance. The SP406/416 series met PCIe 4.0 specifications across multiple dimensions—including electrical performance, PCIe configuration space, link layer protocols, platform BIOS integration, and functional testing—achieving full compliance at the maximum 16GT/s (PCIe 4.0) data rate. This certification underscores the products’ excellence in high-speed data transfer, signal integrity, device compatibility, and overall quality, ensuring dependable operation across diverse application scenarios.

The SP406/416 series has been added to the PCIe Integrator’s List.
