1. BIWINs Strength and Alumni Success Build a Strong Foundation for Cooperation

Rixin Sun, Founder of BIWIN

Rixin Sun, Founder of BIWIN, delivered an opening address. In combination with BIWIN’s operation status, Mr. Sun offered a detailed portrayal of the company’s industrial layout and development progresses. The company currently operates two major manufacturing hubs: the Huizhou memory packaging and testing base which has achieved stable, long-term supply to top global customers; and the Dongguan wafer-level advanced packaging and testing fab which was planned around evolving market needs to address core industry challenges upon official mass production. In the future, BIWIN will focus on the two core pillars: R&D and services. On the R&D front, BIWIN will continue investing in critical storage innovation and expanding high-level engineering talent pipelines; on the services side, the company will center around high-end consumers needs and follow the AI development trends to actively respond to market’s higher requirement of capacity, speed and stability, in an effort to bolster the continuous high-quality development in the AI era.
