BIWIN GP30 M.2 SSD adopts PCIe Gen3 x4 interface, NVMe 1.4 protocol, and is equipped with self-developed firmware. The maximum sequential read and write speed reaches 3500 MB/s and 2900 MB/s respectively. The overall write speed remains at approximately 1000 MB/s, with a capacity of up to 2 TB. This series of products supports operating temperatures from -40 ℃ to 85 ℃. Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) is longer than 3 million hours.
BIWIN GP30 series SSD adopt Cornerfill and anti-sulfurization. It also supports power-loss data protection, data inspection, End-to-end protection, data destruction and other functions, ensuring the data integrity and storage reliability in extreme environment.
