SP506 Enterprise SSD

The BIWIN SP506 series of enterprise-grade PCIe SSDs is designed to meet the growing demands of next-generation hyperscale, hyper-converged, enterprise, and edge data centers.

Built on the PCIe 5.0 x4 interface with a U.2 form factor, the series delivers up to twice the bandwidth of Gen4 products. Featuring an innovative SSD controller architecture, the SP506 series offers ultra-low and consistent read/write latency, outstanding energy efficiency and industry-leading KIOPS/Watt performance, ideal for read-intensive applications.

The series is compliant with NVMe 2.0, OCP 2.0, and NVMe-MI 1.2 protocols. It supports 1 DWPD (read-intensive) endurance model, with capacities up to 7.68TB.

Designed for modern data centers, it includes advanced features such as hardware-based security, AES-256 encryption, Sanitize, data-path E2E protection, internal RAID, secure boot, and support for TCG Opal 2.0.

The SP506/516 series is ideal for deployment in hyperscale data centers, cloud platforms, compute-intensive servers, and AI servers.
